| Museo Regional
The Oaxaca museum is quite large. As soon as you enter, you find yourself in a stunning courtyard. Michelle and I spent a good three hours wandering the cool stone hallways as the sun beat down outside. The museum has displays of Zapato and Mixtec pottery: I am very fond of the footed cups. There is also some artifacts from the Spanish invasion age. Getting out of the sun was a relief! |
